As President and CEO, Dr. Miller brings an enormous amount of experience in the healthcare industry stemming from a successful career as a professional nurse for over 40 years in a variety of clinical and academic settings to running an elderly care company. Dr. Miller has consulted, collaborated and worked within large and small healthcare organizations, non-profits, foundations, federal human service agencies and academic institutions. She has also published, taught, and spoken on a variety of topics including access to healthcare and conflict management.

Charles served as the President of the Columbus, MS Port Authority. He spent many years as the lead developer and planner for Bryant Enterprises. Mr. Miller is a Life Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and enjoys spending time with a large circle of his family and friends.
